Background
Mr. Kalpesh Mehta brings over 15 years of extensive expertise in Audit, Advisory, and Taxation. His professional journey includes significant experience in delivering audit, assurance, and advisory services to a diverse range of local and multinational clients across sectors such as manufacturing, mining, banking, financial services, shipping, healthcare, transport and logistics, telecommunications, real estate, aviation, and non-governmental organizations.
Professional Experience
Mr. Kalpesh Mehta has demonstrated exceptional acumen in resolving complex Income Tax cases. Under his leadership, the Firm has earned a strong reputation in areas such as direct taxation, corporate consultancy, and representation before the Income Tax Department, including assessments and appellate proceedings with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
He has successfully assisted clients in designing, implementing, and defending transfer pricing policies before Transfer Pricing Authorities. Additionally, Mr. Mehta has provided strategic guidance on business structuring, investment planning, and developing tax-efficient exit strategies, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory frameworks.
