We also conduct in-house seminars on financial reporting standards, international auditing standards, routine tax matters, information technology updates and personality development. This enables our employees to stay updated with the technical knowhow and improve their working efficiency and skill sets. Furthermore, we also encourage our employees to attend programs and seminars arranged by National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Institute of Tax Administration (ITA) and BRELA to enrich their proficiency levels. We also sponsor our employees to complete their degrees and professional educations which augment them to increase their performance, competence and affability.
